How can I make a booking?
At TaxiMalaga.net you can book your taxi transfer in three different ways:
- Through our online booking system.
- Through WhatsApp.
- Through the phones of Taxi Malaga: (+34) 676550592 o (+34) 647863020
We recommend making bookings through our Taxi booking page, in this way you will receive a confirmation by email with all the details of the contracted service, as well as a reminder the day before the service date.
How far in advance do I have to book a taxi?
With a minimum of 4 hours in advance. However, we recommend booking a taxi as far in advance as possible.
If it is a booking for a transfer at dawn, it will be necessary to make it, at least, the day before during office hours (from 09:00 to 20:00 hours).
I’m making the booking online but I can’t find the pick-up place (or destination)
Scroll to the end of the drop-down list and select “RESORT NOT LISTED“, continue filling in the reservation details (date, time, passengers, round trip,…), continue filling in the reservation details (date, time, passengers, roundtrip,…), press the QUOTE REQUEST button and you will be directed to our Quote Request Form, fill in all the fields and press the SEND button. Once sent we will respond to you in the shortest possible time.
You can also request the price of a transfer directly from the contact form.
Do I have to pay the amount of the transfer when I make the booking?
No. In TaxiMalaga.net you do not have to pay anything in advance. Payment for the transfer is made at the destination and directly to the taxi driver who performs the service, in cash or cash.
Are the prices fixed? Will the taxi driver ask me for extra money?
All transfers are with a fixed price. When you arrive at your destination you will pay the driver the amount shown on the Malaga Taxi Rates page and that you will also have received in the booking confirmation email. Tipping is discretionary.
Are the taxis licensed and insured?
Of course. We are official taxis of Malaga. Both taxis and taxi drivers are fully licensed with their corresponding up-to-date taxi license and insured with full passenger liability coverage.
How much luggage can I take?
In Step 2 of the online booking process you will see the different types of vehicles available and the amount of luggage that fits in each one. You have to choose the appropriate vehicle taking into account both the number of passengers and the luggage.
Can you make me an official invoice for the transfer?
Yes. In Step 4 of the reservation process you can indicate that you need an invoice and you will be asked for the necessary tax information to complete it. The Invoice will be automatically sent to the email that you have indicated the day after the service is performed. If it is a Roundtrip service, you will receive it the day after the return transfer.
Is the price of the toll roads included in the price?
On routes where you have to use the motorway, the amount of the toll will already be included in the total price.
In transfers where the use of motorways is optional, you will be given the option (recommended) of traveling by motorway. The cost of the toll will automatically be added to the amount of the transfer.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, and also at no additional cost as long as you notify us in sufficient time to manage the cancellation or modification of the reservation. If possible 24 hours in advance.
How will the driver locate me if I arrive at Malaga Airport or the Train Station?
Once you have collected your luggage, go to the Arrivals Hall, your driver will be waiting for you and will show a sign with your name (the one you have indicated as the main passenger in the booking process).
IMPORTANT: If for any reason you cannot locate our driver, do not leave the arrivals hall. Let us know about the incident by phone or whatsapp that you received in the booking confirmation and in a few minutes the driver will contact you.
